Delivery and returns
We’re passionate about doing our bit for the planet at every stage of production, and because Kidsbury is sold in many EEA countries, we are focussed on creating the most economical routes for every delivery. That’s why we store all stock in our European warehouse, minimising shipping miles – this means less air pollution and a reduced carbon footprint.
At present, we ship only to EEA countries. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving payment. See below for an overview of delivery costs in EEA countries. Actual delivery costs and times may vary slightly depending on your location.
- Standard (Eesti Post) – 5,00 GBP (6,00 EUR) inc. VAT – 5-14 working days – FREE for orders above 50 GBP (60 EUR)
- Express (TNT Express) – 13,50 GBP (16,20 EUR) inc. VAT – 2-5 working days – FREE for orders above 100 GBP (120 EUR)
We know how quickly little ones grow up; that’s why all our products are designed to be strong and durable, so they can be passed down through families, and last for years to come. At Kidsbury, we’re passionate about counteracting the culture of disposable fashion, so we create clothes that are durable, functional and divinely comfortable, whatever your child’s day may bring.
Our yarns are produced in India and Egypt. All other manufacturing and material sourcing take place within the EU, reducing our environmental impact as much as possible.
Returns and Complaints
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
To cancel your order you must inform us via contacting us via email@example.com. If you writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify you including your name, address and order number. If you cancel your contract you will be refunded the price you paid for the Items within your order and a proportion of the delivery charges you paid up to the cheapest and most common method of delivery available to you at the time.
